I bought a surtab at Digicel and going home with, accidentally the touch broke . I have not even had time to spend 24 hours with the device. At Digicel,they told that nothing can be done and they do not sell the Touch. Therefore, I will contact you directly to find out how you can help me because it is you who have made it.

You can drop it at TOMCELL in Petion Ville or at the SURTAB factory in SONAPI, Building 47 to repair it!

You can drop your tablet at the factory and we will repair at a low cost! You can also drop it at TOMCELL in Petion-Ville who is in process to become a certified collection point for repairs for surtab devices.
